Oscar in Port Elizabeth to raise funds and awareness for SPCA in Uitenhage

Renowned globe-trotting pooch - Oscar - a South African  SPCA dog - and his owner, Joanne Lefson have travelled round the globe to raise awareness for shelter dogs like himself, were invited by Rushmere Noach Inc as guest speakers at a restigous fundraising event to raise awareness and funds for the SPCA in Uitenhage at the Radisson Blu Hotel Port Elizabeth, last week Friday.
