Spec-Savers IRONMAN 70.3 South Africa SOLD OUT!

It’s happened again, the Spec-Savers IRONMAN 70.3 South Africa is now sold out for individuals, Team entries are still available. The event once again rubberstamps its status as one of the most popular events on the IRONMAN 70.3 calendar with 3000 individuals getting ready to line up on Orient Beach in Buffalo City on Sunday 20 January 2013.
 
The entry trend of the last two years continued this year with individual entries selling out well before the official closing of entries. Those athletes fortunate enough to have secured a slot will be part of an unforgettable race, one that always produces inspiring stories of trials and triumph.
 
Team entries are still available but athletes looking to enter should do so before the close of General Entries in order to avoid having to pay the late entry price. General Entries close midnight, Friday 2 November 2012. Late entries run until 23 November 2012. General Team Entry price is R3400 per team and Late Entry price is R4100 per team. A maximum of 100 teams will be taken and there are less than 40 team entries remaining. Teams can consist of either three or two members.
 
Athletes should please note that General Entry price is only valid for payments received BEFORE midnight on Friday 2 November 2012.  If you have registered within the general entry time frame but have not paid your entry fee by 2 November 2012, your entry fee will automatically increase to Late Entry.
 
The 6th edition of the Spec-Savers IRONMAN 70.3 South Africa promises to be another unforgettable race. One of the world’s biggest IRONMAN 70.3 events drops anchor in Buffalo City on Sunday 20 January 2013. People will be talking about this one before and long after it has passed.
