THE ANNUAL #ECMEETUP

Eastern Cape bloggers and social media influencers are invited to attend the annual, #ECMeetUp, a blogger convention aimed at connecting bloggers based in and around Nelson Mandela Bay, supported by Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism.

The breakfast event will take place from 9am on May 13 at award winning upmarket venue, The Plantation, co-owned by local bloggers Sarah and Ralph Dirsuwei of Chasing the Rainbow fame.

Following on from two successful events last year, meet up co-coordinators, Luchae Williams who writes www.myspreadsheetbrain.co.za and Eleanor Douglas-Meyers of www.justellabella.co.za, are passionate about creating a space where local bloggers can meet up to network and learn from industry experts.

This year’s guest speakers will include sought after photographer, Davene Prinsloo of Davene Prinsloo Photography and Doing Dae blog, who will be sharing photography and blog imagery tips. Well-known Cape Town based brand consultant and owner of Tums2Tots, Mandy-Lee Miller, is the highlight of the event. The Pregnant in Cape Town blogger is a renowned PR strategist and will be sharing ideas around content creation and branding. 

Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism, as well as local and national brands, have eagerly jumped on board to have their product and services featured at the meet up.
