THE BOARDWALK REFASHIONS CASINO FLOOR IN TIME FOR THE EASTER RUSH

Slots and tables enthusiasts can look forward to an enhanced experience when visiting The Boardwalk following a refurbishment of the casino floor, which was completed in time for the Easter holidays.

The floor revamp comprises a repositioning of the main casino floor and a revised floor plan to improve the flow of slots. The casino’s overwhelming choice of machines has been bolstered with 75 brand new slots games and some cosmetic changes have been made, aligned with the new machines.

Answering to customer demand, the Prive has received additional machines, relocated from the main floor. Amongst these are two of Sun International’s hugely popular wide area progressive jackpots, SunStriker, and two Duma machines.  SunStriker, Sun International’s newest wide area progressive jackpot offers a minimum jackpot of R750 000 making it one of the largest and fastest-growing jackpots in South Africa while Duma offers a minimum jackpot of R600 000.

In addition to a greater choice of slots, the Prive will also receive a makeover, including new glass doors to improve accessibility for guests.

“We are excited about our floor revamp and makeover of the Prive. The new floor plan improves the flow of people and slots, creating a more seamless experience for our guests. In the Prive, guests can play for large jackpots in privacy,” says The Boardwalk’s Marketing Manager Nqobile Majozi.

The Boardwalk is the only licensed casino in the Nelson Mandela Bay area. The casino features 24 tables and 900 slot machines. The casino is conveniently located close to an array of executive, leisure and family accommodation and there are ATMs and cash desks with banking services available.
