THE PLANTATION TOPS AGAIN
The Plantation in Port Elizabeth was once again recognised as the Eastern Cape’s top wedding reception venue in the wedding industry’s annual Bride’s Choice Awards held in Johannesburg on Wednesday 19 October 2011.

The glittering awards ceremony, held at the exclusive Summer Place in Sandton, aims to recognise wedding suppliers that provide exceptional service to brides and grooms. Couples who are married are invited to nominate and rate their suppliers in four categories – quality of product and service, attitude of staff and value for money.

The Plantation has topped the list in its category for the last 3 years running. Sarah Dirsuwei, Co-owner and Manager of The Plantation, says “we are honoured by the award, and thank all our clients who rated us so highly. Our team is passionate about delivering perfect weddings, and this award is testimony of the effort and attention that is invested into making every wedding at The Plantation a success.”

The Plantation was also recognised with gold awards in the categories of 1st night honeymoon, and in-house wedding planning service.
