Your pass to explore Nelson Mandela Bay

Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism (NMBT) has created a Pass for visitors to the city. The pass is a smart card that allows travellers access to various attractions within the Bay and surrounds. The card also offers discounts, free entry and free purchases at selected stores, restaurants, museums and various other attractions.

An added benefit of the card is that less cash transactions will take place during the visitors stay. All transactions can be made in the visitor’s currency which eases the process of foreign exchange. The Pass is available in 1 day, 2 days, 3 days and 7 days. The Pass will be activated the moment you make your first purchase.

The Pass can be purchased at the Port Elizabeth Airport as they arrive and enquiries can be made upfront on the Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism website. It can also be purchased at all the Visitor Information Centres in Nelson Mandela Bay and at participating shopping centres, game reserves, museums, hotels and various other participating agents. A Pass Guide will be issued with each Pass purchased that contains all the relevant offers and information.

“We want travellers to experience everything Nelson Mandela Bay has to offer as well as promote all our establishments and products. We want all travellers to realise that Nelson Mandela Bay is a world class destination,” said Titus Chuene, Marketing Manager for NMBT.
