Description

Exclusive Hospitality Concepts (EHC) was founded by Francine Zana to cater to the hospitality interests of establishments and privately owned homes that do not have the resources of major hotel groups but still aim to achieve high standards and operations. The hospitality industry believes that attitude determines ability and that technical aspects can be taught to those who are willing to learn and grow. EHC aims to work with hotels and homeowners who share this thought process and train their staff to meet the required standards. Hospitality is simply defined as the provision of shelter, food, and beverage to a guest. However, it is the way in which these basic needs are provided that sets the difference between an ordinary and exceptional guest experience.
Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Service Skills, and Travel Planning are all crucial aspects of the hospitality industry. Exclusive Hospitality Concepts (EHC) offers consultants to help with cooking techniques, gourmet meals, travel planning, and much more.

EHC also provides services to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and implement best practices. We can organize private events and meetings, do interior decor, wedding planning, and catering. We also offer trained hospitality staff placement, hire catering equipment, and distribute cleaning chemicals and amenities. Moreover, we provide training to private homeowners who want to convert their private homes into 5-star boutiques by providing high-quality housekeeping and food & beverage training.
