Raggy Charters

Raggy Charters is the first licensed Boat-Based Whale & Dolphin Watching company running out of Port Elizabeth. This permit allows us to get as close as 50 metres to these beautiful animals, whilst other vessels are not permitted closer than 300 metres. We offer guests Whale Watching Cruises during the whale watching season, which generally runs from June until December. Out of the whale watching season we specialize in Penguin Island Cruises, which takes guests out to St Croix Island. This island is home to the largest breeding colony of the endangered African penguin on the planet. We also offer a Dolphin Watching Cruise all year round which often takes us out to St Croix Island as well, as we often see dolphins in this area. Our other cruises include Beachfront Cruises, Bird Island Cruises, Pelagic Birding Cruises, and Fishing Charters.
